Hao Zhou

The Chef

Hao Zhou (1993- ) was born in Shenzhen, Guangdong and raised in Shanghai. Having grown up with a love of food, his food experiences were tied to the joy of enjoying a variety of delicacies together with his mother. He became an apprentice cook when he was 16 and determined to be a chef. One year later, he moved to Brisbane, Australia, where he dedicated himself to Chinese and Western cuisines for many years. He finally developed his personal cooking style and incorporated his fresh mindset into the knowledge of cooking. In 2021, he decided to fulfil his dream, so he opened a Pop Up Shop for six months, and in 2022, a new chapter has been officially opened.
