Magnolia ~ Modern Chinese is characterised by Southern Chinese cuisine, and is particularly highlighted by Shanghai Benbang Cuisine and Huaiyang Cuisine. In combination with different culinary traditions that originate from different cities and countries, a distinctive cooking style has been created in a brand-new setting.
